Repay at closing
There are no payments until your home sells (or up to 12 months), at which point the balance is repaid from the proceeds.

Where we stand in this
We want to be upfront about something most contractors wouldn't mention: Integrity plays two roles here. We're the partner that refers you to Notable for financing, and we're also the contractor who performs the funded work. We think that's actually a good thing — our incentives are aligned with getting your home ready well and on time — but you deserve to know it plainly rather than discover it later.
We're not going to quote you flashy statistics about selling faster or for more money. Notable publishes its own data on that; we'd rather you evaluate the program on how it actually works and whether it fits your situation. If it doesn't, we'll tell you.
The Terms
The numbers, plainly
- Up to $75,000, unsecured — no lien on your home.
- Soft credit pull to apply, so no impact to your credit to check.
- No payments until your home sells, or up to 12 months.
- Roughly 1% monthly interest (8.99%–16.99% APR, based on credit).
- A one-time $499 fee.
- Typical qualification: 680+ FICO, sufficient home equity, and a signed listing agreement.
